Gallstones are not listed as a side effect of Methotrexate by the us fda, but there are reports of gallstones in people taking Methotrexate so it's theoretically possible that it could worsen your problem. A low dose may be reasonable. There are also other treatments for psoriatic arthritis. Your doctor(s) can give you the best individualized advice about this complex question.
