Non exercise: that could be the reason that you are sore. you need to get up and move around. get the blood circulating.

Viremia: More questions from a health professional need to be asked to make sure it is not something serious or neurological. It may be that you are having myalgias, muscle soreness, that comes in the beginning of viral illnesses. Is there also a fever, did you eat some food that may cause food poisoning. Have you been around other sick people?

Several possibilitie: Muscle soreness is known as myalgia. This, plus lack of energy, and fatigue could be a virus, which usually resolves in about 3 weeks. Abnormal sleep state, depression could be other causes. There are some muscle disorders such as polymyositis and polymyalgia rheumatica, or some neurologic entities that need be considered if this goes on for more than 3 wks; if so, see your primary care doc.

Is it nerve pain?: The first thing to do is figure out where the pain is - soft tissues, bone, joint, nerve pain that radiates through the whole arm? With that information it's easier to figure out the source of the pain. It's not uncommon for a person in her 40s to have nerve impingement. It could be a minor irritation or the start of something more serious. It's best to have a doctor evaluate you.

Not likely stroke: More common causes of your symptoms are a spinal problem, local trauma, and repetitive use disorder. Stroke symptoms would usually also involve facial, speech, and/or right leg symptoms.

Shoulder  issues: Tense ,heavy shoulders, with feelings of weakness can be coming from your neck. Try ice ,NSAIDs , stretching of neck and shoulders , get a 15 -20 min cardio workout every other day . If symptoms persist ask for a virtual consult
