arm sore for no reason.can still use arm fine but it seems to get sore/stiff from simple things that shouldn't cause soreness.could this be early als?

Not at all: See your doctor to exam what local problems are causing your discomfort, but nothing you mention is a concern for ALS

Advice: Anxiety can be handled with meds and/or counseling, and you do not describe ALS or lupus. See a doctor and address all of your complaints.
