Sweaty disease: You have what is called hyperhydrosis.There are various options to treat this condotion
1.You can try prescription antipersprent like drysol
2 Botox injections in axilla can be effective but need to be repeated 4-6 months
3 anticholinergic drugs like glycopyrolate may be tried
4 iantophoresis may be helpful done by dermatologist
5last resort is surgery.Thoracic sympathectomy

my armpit smells like alcohol. ketone test strip under armpit(sweat) confirmed high ketone concentration. i'm not on keto diet. what can this mean?

Not known: Ketone test strips are for urine testing.  If it is used under armpit not sure what that would mean.
Get a physical and labs to ensure your good health.

Sweating : I would reduce eating and drinking anything with caffeine . That will help some. 
Regarding feet you can ask your doctor about rx drysol . 
There is a surgical procedure that can be done for the armpit sweating but you would need to see a specialist for that and have a consult.

: Follow up w/ MD w/full evaluation. Consider menopause, hyperthyroidism, medications. Get CXR  for mediastinal lymphadenopathy,  CBC, complete metabolic profile, CRP. sed rate, check mammogram, check for  rare entities lymphoma,  carcinoid syndrome, Castleman disease . f/u/ w/ MD

Night sweats: If the night sweats are clearly related to your periods and they are tolerable, then you may not need to do anything else other than observe.

Sweating: With your hormonal changes that are part of the normal menstrual cycle you can have several symptoms: headache, nausea, diarrhea, fatigue, pelvic pain and is your case sweating. You can try using a clinical strength antiperspirant/deoderant

Lymph node: Probably has nothing to do with your period. Go see your doc to make sure nothing else is wrong. Probably it's an enlarged lymph node. There are many causes of this.

i'm 18) no period for around 5 months (2 periods a year max), pain in breasts (sharp) and pain in armpits. what is this caused by? should i be worried?

: With the menstrual history as described, it may represent polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), where ovulation is very infrequent, and sustained estrogen can stimulate breast tissue causing pain.  See your GYN physician for an exam and other testing (ultrasound).  Ask about low dose oral bcp's, which stop ovarian estrogen, and protect against other consequences of PCOS.

Maybe...: Part of the breast extends into the armpit.  Tender lumps in breast tissue are common around the time of your period.   Most likely, this is a b-9 lump.  However, any lump you find that is new should be investigated by your doctor to be sure.  Best wishes!
