Hormones: This condition is "focal axillary hyperhidrosis. Your problem may be caused by a number of factors but the major one here is the change in female hormones that occur right before your period. Genes can play a role (nothing u can do about that!). Use an antiperspirant with a high concentration of aluminum hydroxide and underarm shields on those days. See a doctor if that doesn't help.
