Highly Unlikely: Sorting out different causes of breast pain starts with determining if the pain is coming from the breast tissue or the chest wall. Favoring the former includes variation w/menstrual cycle; favoring the latter is relation to activity and post-menopausal state.  I recommend that you see your gyne or primary care dr. : Any lump/mass in the breast or in the armpit requires medical evaluation(yes it can be breast Cancer although most such lumps are benign).I would recommend that you get a medical checkup by your family doctor. He or she should follow it up with a diagnostic mammogram to rule out breast cancer. If there is any suspicion on the mammogram, an Ultrasound should be done. Any lump  requires a biopsy.

Not likely: Breast cancer increases as women get older and it would be very unlikely  for you to have breast cancer at age 20. At age 30 the chance of developing breast cancer during the next 10 years is 1 in 227. Breast cancer can spread to lymph nodes in the armpit, but this usually won't cause pain. It's much more likely your pain is from something else.

Mastalgia: Breast pain is not usually a sign of cancer and is more commonly related to hormonal changes or simple mastalgia. However, you should be seen by your surgeon  to help figure out what is going on also imaging with an ultrasound could be helpful and or mammography  this could be related to gynecomastia.
