Not likely: Breast cancer increases as women get older and it would be very unlikely for you to have breast cancer at age 20. At age 30 the chance of developing breast cancer during the next 10 years is 1 in 227. Breast cancer can spread to lymph nodes in the armpit, but this usually won't cause pain. It's much more likely your pain is from something else.
