Probably not: While hair follicle tests can show evidence of drug use from several weeks ago, it shouldn't show use more than 90 days ago. Also, using only once will probably not result in high enough residues to show up. So the odds are you'll pass with no problem, but if it's positive be honest about this incident. They are screening for those with habitual drug abuse, not someone who used once 9 months ago.

Hidradenitis or can: Armpit lumps and lymph node enlargement can be due to sweat gland inflammation, called hidradenitis, but there is concern for possible breast disease.  Please have a surgeon perform a breast exam and obtain a mammogram.

Doctor can evaluate: Bumps may be keratosis pilaris, eczema, comedones, and/or folliculitis. Each would have a different treatment, so a primary care doctor or a dermatologist can evaluate and give some recommendations.  Rashes are hard to describe in words.

Acanthosis: If the skin in your "underarms" is significantly different (darker, "velvety" in texture = bumpy) then you should see your physician for evaluation. This type of skin change in the neck folds and in the axilla can be indicative of a more serious health issue and needs proper eval. Your doctor can then refer you, if needed, to the proper specialist.
