None: Spider bites do not usually cause these symptoms.  Anxiety could. It would be extremely rare that a black widow bite could cause these symptoms, but as I stated earlier, the typical black widow symptoms is severe pain.  Usually in the abdomen.  Not extremity numbness.

Talk to the therapis:  You need to talk to your therapist. I don’t know where the needles were stuck and whether  placement of one of the needles are more could’ve caused these symptoms

Many possibilities: Paroxymal weakness, numbness and altered level of consciousness are all suggestive of a central nervous system disorder. The altered awareness may suggest seizure like events. The periodic weakness, paralysis and numbness of limbs may suggest a warning of a stroke. You should seek  formal neurologic evaluation.

Assume they are: I seldom went to the added expense of sending a sample to the lab. The frequency of MRSA in small to large abscesses exceeds 60-70% in outpatients. It is not the new bogeyman,although you wouldn't know it from all the news stories. There are multiple meds that easily kill the germ.Big ones often need to be drained to heal. Fever a week ago is probably unrelated.

Revisit your doctor: You should be concerned about a sensory stroke.  This could be related to oral contraceptive therapy especially if you use nicotine or mood enhancers.  Discuss these symptoms with your doctor or return to the ER.

See a neurologist: It is unusual to get numbness in all limbs on bending but possibility could be pinched nerves on bending. Peripheral neuropathy can also be considered. You may need ncv/ EMG test.
