Depends: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it would have been useful to know the creatinine and eGFR values. Please discuss getting urine test for albuminuria, with your doctor. Try to be compliant with the medications prescribed by your doctor.

Black Dermatologist: Call the offices and frankly ask the question.  They probably won't answer, but you can try.  Look at the websites of the derm practices in your area and pick out the one you want.  For all of us board-certified have had extensive training in the treatment of all skin colors and types. That should make no difference in your results.

Spironolactone: Adult female acne is common. May be worse with certain androgenic birth control hormones.  Worse if PCOS. Do you have normal menstrual periods? Antibiotics work for about 10% of these people. The antiandrogen SPIRONOLACTONE will usually clear this in 3 months, then continue if success. Not if pregnant, kidney failure. Do not take potassium pills. If this fails, oral isotretinoin will rescue you.

Acne scars: Well if I'm understanding your question correctly there are several options.  There are non-ablative treatments for improving acne scars.  Some Ablative (think sanding smooth) treatments including laser resurfacing and peels can be used on pigmented skin as well.  That may still be be an option.

It : It would be reasonable for a patient in this scenario to contact their physician and make them aware that their symptoms are worsening.  Any dizziness or feeling faint must be taken seriously.  If a patient had worsening symptoms, weakness, or pain then they should arrange an immediate evaluation.

Yes: The skin color of afro-american varies greatly, so i would recommmend you waer sunscreen.

Yes: Dark skinned individuals need more sunlight exposure compared to light skinned ones.
