Many benefits, yes: Regular consumption of nuts reduces risk of heart attack, stroke, cancer and diabetes and in moderation maintains healthy weight. Walnuts are esp. good for brain due to DHA content.

Folliculitis: Have you consulted a dermatologist to get an accurate diagnosis or to determine why your scalp hair follicles keep getting damaged and infected by staph bacteria? Unless oily foods affect your scalp I can't see a relationship between nut ingestion and folliculitis flare up. Get appropriate treatment by a dermatologist.

i eat daily lot good healthy food: raw almond, seed, walnut, pecan pistachio, brazil nut, & olive oil.this adds up to 15+grams sat fat.  any concerns?

NO unless...: While it's long been recommended that people minimize saturated fat, recent research suggests there's no benefit to limiting saturated fat (especially when it comes from the healthy foods you are eating) unless you have Familial Hypercholesterolemia or ApoE4.

can an allergic reaction to food be as mild as a stomach ache? i eat most nuts with no problems, but felt ill after eating pistachios

Food allergy: Yes. You can have mild reactions  such as abdominal discomfort. Would follow up with allergist for testing. also if allergic always carry 2 benedryl( or get an epipen)  on you just in case you have a more severe reaction , you can take 2 benedryl  ( if any type of swelling,short of breath0  and call 911

Third trimester diet: What you have described is in general very safe, especially in the third trimester.  There are virtually no risks to the fetus under normal consumption standards.

Moderation: Pistachios and all nuts for that matter are good for you.  However, eating a lot of anything is not good for you.

No such difference: That is out of the blue. Neither are more healthy than the other unless one was allergic to one of them and not the other.
