doctor, i am going through ivf frozen embryo transfer cycle and started experiencing hair fall. so can i take natural nu' u biotin 10000mg tablet at least once/twice a week? is it safe for pregnancy? i am 36 years old with thyroid and no other issues?

Thyroid and biotin : Biotin can interfere with the accuracy of thyroid testing and management.  I recommend you speak with your provider about alternatives for hair loss that do not involve Biotin.

Scalp massage, avoidance of chemical coloring/perms, shampoo about 2-4 times per week (not daily), good nutritional intake and hydration, as well as regular exercise are safe options for now

Safe and useless: You may take biotin, if you wish, but do not expect it to fix anything. If you are not deficient in biotin and it is extremely unlikely that you are, taking biotin is just throwing your money down the drain with your urine.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

No---BUT: Since you are never going to be pregnant, you will derive no benefit from folic acid. There is no valid evidence of any benefit to any person in any way for biotin. Biotin is promoted very aggressively, so there must be significant benefits to those who sell it. Folic acid is used when a person takes methotrexate, is clearly indicated for women who plan to be pregnant, and in rare cases of folic a.

The dose: most vitamin companies sell is 5000 mcg. There is no good evidence that Biotin will increase the speed of hair growth however. Hope this helps!

Not recommended: 5000 micrograms OB biotin is not recommended during pregnancy as it increases the risk of miscarriages, and inhibited fetal and placental growth in rats.But no human studies have been done.But a balanced diet including egg yolk, pork, liver, salmon, cheddar cheese and whole wheat bread  contain biotin and normal bacteria in the intestines can also synthesise biotin. Most pregnant women do not supplemen.

Probably not biotin: But recommend taking a normal dose of biotin.  10000 of what units?   The recommended dietary intake of biotin is 30 mcg a day.
