: That is not what I test. If I have a reason to look for it, I can find evidence of drug exposure after ~12 weeks. It is not a routine newborn test but may be required if any of the staff expect drug use (state rules).

: susceptibility dose dependant? This relates to whether the amount of the drug administered is sufficient to inhibit the growth of  particular bacteria. If we were using an antibiotic to treat an infection in a lightly built female we would use a smaller dose that if we were treating a 250 lb man. Does that answer your question!

i am in my third trimester. the doctor's drug tested me and i thought i was good. everything came out negative, but the creatinine level is at 15.6. should i be worried about it being a fail. also do doctors usually give second chances? thank you?

: Are you passing urine? If you are the figure you provided cannot be correct. Talk to the doctor who ordered the test. Creatinine goes down in a normal pregnancy. What was you creatinine level at an earlier time, if it was tested. In any case ask your doctor to repeat the test.

i had a sore back after helping my mother move, she gave me pain medicine unknowing to me it was tylenol 3. took friday evening, of coarse my luck i got drug tested monday around noon. about 65 hours later. would it be detected??

: Up to 90% of codeine is eliminated in 24 h. Traces may be detected later depending on the test's sensitivity. If you know that you may be tested at work, you should not be taking meds from any sources at any time and for any reason.
