Yes : You can potentially have a sprained in almost very joint of your body . You can't really have a bone sprain but you can sprain the joints attached to that bone which are composed if the bone itself, ligaments and tendons . Rest, Ice(ice packs/compresses ), compression and elevation

Rest: Rest, ice, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications (ibuprofen or naproxen or celecoxib) are typically the initial treatment of choice initially for musculoskeletal injuries. Foot injuries tend to take a long time to heal. If persistent and/or severe, consider a consultation with an orthopedic foot and ankle specialist or podiatrist. May need imaging depending on severity of symptoms and exam.

what is the treatment of this issue?i have stiffness in my left side through head to lower part. that's y my right foot got injured

Muscular or neurolog: This needs to be examined by your doctor to exclude neurological pathology.

Ankle: RICE is the appropriate therapy and an NSAID.  According to the Ottowa Ankle Rules though if you can not bear weight it may be more than a sprain.  If so, it may be worth getting an XRAY.

Physical Therapy: If your sprain is severe enough that you are unable to bear weight, then physical therapy can significantly accelerate the healing process, utilizing ultrasound, TENS, Ice baths, massage, balance exercises, and range of motion.  Ask your dr about a Physical Therapy referral.

Flying isn't a : Contraindication. You can speak to your internist to see if they recommend Aspirin or the like. Elevation of the foot is also good if can be done. In flight excercising can be done.

Normal: This is normal, start PT as soon as possible, walking without pain is very individual and depends on the degree of sorain and how much damage occured.  Basic in 3 if you can walk and run without pain
