Referring to Thrush?: I assume  you are referring to thrush-question above..Using the vinegar may have helped getting rid of the white patches, but it is acidic and may have caused more inflammation/redness, thus more pain (red, sore tongue =?Glossitis).
You may need both antifungal med and some steroid. Since your symptoms seem quite bothersome, consult your doc for treatment asap. There're many treatments!

Rubbish.: Acetic acid ( the active component of vinegar) is eaten daily around the world in a variety of foods.  It is easily metabolized by the body and does not prevent healing.

Don't play games: Hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and thyroid tumors / cancers are all extremely serious. Don't try to self-medicate or believe anyone who suggests that this much-touted (though interesting) substance is any substitute for life-saving scientific treatment. Feel free try it if you like, but only as an adjunct to real rx; old graveyards are full of people dead from thyroid disease ; only 'natural rx'.

Why?: Why did you do that?  Vinegar is acetic acid, which is a relatively weak acid that can cause some chemical changes - it does not "cure" moles.  Instead of fooling with your mole, get a dermatologist to remove it.  That gives you a diagnosis and solves the problem.  Obviously, if it wasn't bothering/worrying you, you would not be self treating.

Low/high or stopping of periods is not due to use of Apple cider vinegar.
Clinical trials on Apple cider vinegar and pregnancy have not been conducted to establish safety. 
It is likely that change or stopping of periods at age 46 is due to stresses of relationship, marriage, separation, parenting, work and finances.

Acetic Acid reaction: Vinegar contains about 5% acetic acid which can cause irritation and even skin burns depending on how concentrated the solution is. You may be having a mild chemical burn or a reaction to another component of the vinegar. 
If the skin is not peeling and there is no pain, itching or swelling will likely resolve on its own.  If it persists or gets worse I'd recommend calling your doctor

It is unlikely that: these natural products will harm you. Grapefruit extract can interfere with other medicines you might be taking but on its own is OK. Vitamin D can be toxic at extremely high levels. Limiting your intake to less than 2500 IU/day is advisable. Ultimately the acidic content of vinegar will put a workload on your kidneys but in reasonable quantity is probably OK. Ginger should be OK.
