Acetic Acid reaction: Vinegar contains about 5% acetic acid which can cause irritation and even skin burns depending on how concentrated the solution is. You may be having a mild chemical burn or a reaction to another component of the vinegar. If the skin is not peeling and there is no pain, itching or swelling will likely resolve on its own. If it persists or gets worse I'd recommend calling your doctor

Nature: Let it heal naturally. You may apply an emollient like Vaseline. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.
