Depends: In thin people, one can see the pulsation of the abdominal aorta. But it may also be a sign of an aneurysm. If it is very prominent, it should get evaluated, especially if one has a strong family history of vascular disease, aneurysms, or smoking.

i'm feeling a pulsation in my lower right abdomen. it's becoming more prominent and frequent. possibilities of what this may be? recommendations?

Hard to say: Without a bit more information about any other associated symptoms, like diarrhea, constipation, etc.  As this could be related to the motility of the colon(spasms or gas), it could be spasms of the abdominal muscles, or much less likely(in someone of your age) a vascular problem. This would be an atypical issue of the ovarians or genitourinary tract.  If it continues to be bothersome see your doc

Probably musclspasm : If your blood pressure is ok and this is only an isolated event it is probably a muscle spasm and nothing to worry about.  If it continues, becomes painful then you should get it checked out.

It's like related to: Your pulse.  If you are a relatively thin man, you may very well just be seeing the pulse wave from your heart contractions through your aorta - the biggest blood vessel that runs from your heart all the way down to about your belly button(umbilicus).

Abdominal pulsation: it is not unusual for a young person to have a visible and/or palpable pulsation in the upper abdomen. In someone who is young and has this without any other symptoms, it is usually of no consequence. I would not worry about it unless other symptoms develop. Good luck.

Completely normal: When you take a deep breath you displace organs in your chest including your heart. This displacement makes the heart movements more palpable.
