It could be: Physiologic symptoms of anxiety / panic can include nausea and abdominal pain. The sensation could be related to anxiety or due to a separate medical condition. Because you are suffereing, i hope your are receiving medical care. You might benefit from psychotropic medications.

: Stomach problems do not cause depression; actually ,many psychological issues can cause stomach problems. However if your stomach problems are affecting your life, that could cause depression.

Treat both: Pain can contribute to depression and particularly chronic pain.  The reverse is true also, depression can manifest in bodily pain and make pains less tolerable and more pronounced.  It is important to see a doctor to understand the underlying causes of the stomach pain and treat accordingly.  Talk to your doctor about your symptoms of depression to see if therapy and/or medications wold be best.

What exactly are you: ....asking for?  Something to treat DEPRESSION or STOMACH problems of upset?  Prozac does not treat anything in the stomach.  It is an antidepressant and that it is all used to treat mood disorders.  It has some off label uses such as headache management.  There are medications to treat STOMACH ULCERS OR UPSET CONDITION such as nexium, (esomeprazole) carafate, prilosec, pepcid, et.c, etc.

i have been struggling with severe depression and since on my new medication my stomach has been terrible. i feel dehydrated and tired all the time. i have soft and watery stool. could this be of the medication that i am on?

New medication: It could be related to the new medication, it is a known effect of some meds. If this continues you can ask your doctor to change it or see if there is something you can do to improve these symptoms.

Hormones?: A gastroenterologist can help you with your stomach acid levels.  The other issues you mention are best dealt w/by a clinical psychologist and/or psychiatrist.  Your doc can check your hormone levels to help with sexuality.  Peace and good health.
