Accepted Answer

Maybe. : You can try taking advil (ibuprofen) 400 mg 3-4 times for a couple of days along with warm compresses (with eyes closed). If it doesn't help consult an ophthalmologist.

i keep having on and off pain behind, in front and above left ear. left temple pain and left eye pain, occasionally. only lasts a few seconds.

Couple of ideas: These could be ice pick headaches (are they sharp?), or they could be related to SUNCT syndrome, or they could be related to blood flow (does chewing make the temple feel worse?).  So far, there is not enough information to decide, but these are some ideas.

Blurred vision: This is something that should definitely be addressed ASAP!  Blurred vision is not something to ignore.

See your Dentist: You need to see a dentist or oral surgeon immediately. Without radiographs and a physical exam, it is impossible to say what is causing this pain.
You could have one of the following issues: impacted wisdom tooth, infected tooth, sinus infection, fractured jaw, neuralgia, or a tumor. 
It sounds like a tooth issue, but your dentist can help diagnosos your problem.

easily feeling pins and needles on arm when laying on either side , frontal and back of shoulder blades feel like the nerves are cold internally and muscle twitching. eye pain occasionally , left chest minor pain occasional left back shoulder pain?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Try taking an over the counter multivitamin with B12. If that does not help it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

had severe constant pain on carotid artery for long time. can't turn neck for months. bulges more than right side. occasional skin  rash although always leather skin there. lightheaded. eyelid twitch, eye pain. ear pain. carotid throbs when standing?

See a doctor:  You have symptoms that are usually found in people suffering from a number of different conditions, such as cervical arthritis, carotid dissection, a thin neck , dermatitis and swollen lymph nodes.

Please see a doctor to sort them out into a diagnosis upon which a treatment can be based.

my left eye occasionally waters and sometimes hurts for like a second ( my right eye hurts occasionally too, not as often, no tears). is it sinuses?

Eye pain : I would not commonly associate sinus problems with the eye symptoms you describe. I would think more of an intrinsic eye problem like blepharitis, dacryocystitis, dry eyes and and other issues. See an ophthalmologist.

feeling pressure in eyes under eyes. sensitive to light dizzy feeling as well. i feel this daily and then i get anxious. is this a sign of tumor?

Unlikely tumor: There are many many causes for pressure under eyes and light sensitivity.  Unlikely to be a brain tumor. You should see your primary care doctor though for a careful neurological physical examination. And if the symptoms persist for a month a brain MRI is probably warranted at that point. But try to see your doctor before then it's better.

Many causes: Anything that irritates the ocular surface, anything that refers pain in or around the eyes, straining, inflammation, infection, neoplastic, neuropathies, allergic, high pressure, radiation, trauma, etc.
