See your Dentist: You need to see a dentist or oral surgeon immediately. Without radiographs and a physical exam, it is impossible to say what is causing this pain. You could have one of the following issues: impacted wisdom tooth, infected tooth, sinus infection, fractured jaw, neuralgia, or a tumor. It sounds like a tooth issue, but your dentist can help diagnosos your problem.

Sinusitis and TMJD: May be a combination of sinusitis and clenching which can affect the TMJ causing discomfort.
