over the last couple of days i have been feeling like my head is full of fluid, brain inflamed, face and ears feel hot, mucus and waking up with a racing heart. im not sure if this is panic/anxiety or something more sinister?

: Perhaps you have acquired acute sinusitis, but, these days, could also consider the COVID-19 variant.  So, get tested, contact your doctor, and receive a diagnosis.  Not feasible to provide an exact answer, otherwise.

can very tight neck muscles, such as due to stress/anxiety, cause a feeling of fullness in the ears? if so, what's the best way to alleviate that?

Muscles: more likely you are clinching your teeth with feeling of ear pressure. Soft diet, decrease stress, range of motion exercises of neck as needed. Take computer breaks, keep screen at eye level, get dental splint for use at sleep, no gum chewing, no hard candies, etc.

in my head i get a feeling of pressure or fullness, sometimes disorientating. no real pain involved, could it be my anxiety? i have high pain tol. too

First, R/O HTN!: My first concern would be hypertension. A visit to your general physician, with a physical should come before theories of psychological etiology. If physical exam and lab studies are normal, exploring anxiety is a reasonable move. If you look up physical symptoms of "panic anxiety", you'll be surprised by the many ways in which it presents. Sometimes, simply slow, deep breathing will abolish this.

i have this dull kinda full feeling in my head that sometimes hurts. is this from stress, anxiety, something else?what can i do to help get rid of it?

Feeling in head: You need to find out the cause of the feeling in your head by seeing your doctor.  it may a sinus situation, migraine,  or something more.  Peace and good health.

i have a weird feeling with my head like i'm going to faint. i'm not dizzy  it feels like it's full of air and tense.i have anxiety. could i be tired?

See doctor: You're taking propanolol and sertraline which can interact to enhance drop in blood pressure so you may feel faint. Review meds with prescribing doctor and have your blood pressure checked to make sure the combo is safe. If all points to anxiety, discuss treatment options and consider therapy for coping strategies with anxiety. Hope this helps.

Fluid vs. Anxiety: Yes, your dizziness can be caused by both fluid in your ear or anxiety.  Please start w/a visit to your doc to have your ears checked out.  If all is well consider seeing a clinical psychologist to learn some ways to manage anxiety.  Peace and good health.

26 y.o female with anxiety. sometimes i get hot/red ears and cheeks not always when i am feeling anxious just randomly. is this just random flushing?

Probably: From your description, it is probably just flushing, but if it continues, then please mention it to your DR on your next visit.

Also please get your BP checked somewhere-as elevated BP may also cause this.

Maybe.: When you are anxious, your blood pressure can go up causing warmth on your neck. I have never heard warmth on the ear but this is possible , unless you have a con-comittant eat infection which can feel like warmth in your ears., but in the absence of pain, infection is unlikely. Get mental help to control your anxiety and also your blood pressure.

my son lymph node in neck behind ear feels like its matted its not very hard but feels like it has a ridge or is joint to another lymph node hard to explain. but feeling so much anxiety as i just dont knw?

: To know and not feel nor have anxiety my require that there be a clinician evaluation and probably a biopsy of the lymph nodes to make early diagnosis and treatment is preferred. I doubt that anyperson would be able to reassure you shot of having a physical evaluation.

i've been lightheaded for years drs say it anxiety,could it be neuro or inner ear issues.sonetimes with a swaying feeling?

Yes : Lightheadedness maybe caused by many factors such as anemia , anxiety, neurological , medication side effect and etc ... A through work to needs to performed including blood test , etc if your symptoms last too long and occur constantly .
