Probably not: Stress on its own can cause a myriad of symptoms. Some of the symptoms you described sound like you may have a nerve issue. Most of the time the constellation of symptoms you have is due to an inflamed or irritated nerve in the lower back. A thorough evaluation by a physician would be justified at this time.

Don't you believe it: What makes you doubt that it's anxiety? If the doctor examined you and/or did tests and found no problems w/ your physical condition - that's good. If there are no circulation issues or congestion in your ears, sinuses, etc. anxiety is a usual suspect. Learning proper breathing patterns - avoid shallow breathing by FULL (blow out) exhales and complete inhales may help. Consider CBT therapy - best!

Find a relaxation technique that appeals to you - mindfulness meditation, exercise routines - there are many roads to the destination of stress relief and anxiety control or reduction. Prozac (fluoxetine) may not be the best way to handle your condition, so ask if a change might help. Also, have a doctor look into non-psychological conditions too.
