Dizziness is a common side effect of many/most medications. Rash & nausea, too. But your rocking sensation may be akisthisia. You might consider a consultation to evaluate the medicine and perhaps adding psychotherapy ...The best approach.

More to it...: 20 mg/day is typical, but with anxiety (vs. Depression), it is best to start with a smaller dose (e.g., 5 mg) and increase slowly, because the drug will likely increase your anxiety first, before it helps. Also, medication alone is not optimal treatment. Psychotherapy (talk therapy) should help you understand and overcome the cause(s) of your anxiety (not just the symptoms).

Maybe / maybe: Dizziness and loss of balance has many causes, but seizures are not usually one of them. Anxiety is one cause also. However, it is wrong to assume a psychiatric cause of physical symptoms, until other possibilities have been excluded. See a neurologist!

Citalopram: Early in treatment, citalopram may increase anxiety, another possibility is that it may induce manic like symptoms rule out bipolar if you become super anxious or hyper.
