Different symptoms: Anxiety shortness of breath symptoms:
-faster breathing 
-chest tightness
-feeling of suffocation and  like you have a lump in your throat
-muscle tension  
Heart shortness breath is accompanied by: 
-Swelling in your feet 
-Trouble breathing when you lie flat
-High fever, chills, and cough
-Lips or fingertips turning blue
-Wheezing 
-Stridor
-Breathlessness that doesn't go away after rest

Panic attacks: Commonly, but medical conditions can cause similar symptoms as well. Notoriously arrhythmias or fast and/or irregular heart rhythms are notorious of mimicking panic attacks. If episodes are interfering with your activities of daily living start by seeing your GP, who will get a detailed history and an exam in order to better discern actual cause. Keep a log with circumstances around attacks.

Need workup first: See your pcp for exam/eval to rule out medical causes for your symptoms. You may need separate eye exam with ophthalmologist and hearing checked with ENT as well. List all meds, any alcohol/drug/tobacco/caffeine use and current stresses. Include your parents. Their history will help doctor. If all points to anxiety, ask for referral to a mental health professional for guidance. I hope this helps.

Side effects: For wellbutrin (bupropion) do include insomnia and a few other nervous system symptoms. If you have only recently been started on the med and are feeling these symptoms, you should contact the prescribing doctor and inform them.

hi, currently i am two weeks off mirtazapine and the withdrawals are bad. sweating, anxiety, shortness of breath, nausea. is it safe to reinstate?

Call your doctor: Your doctor should know that you are having uncomfortable symptoms and will best advise you how to proceed.  Reinstating would mean that you would be back ON the drug.  Unless you plan NOT to discontinue drug, this is counterproductive.
