Not same effects: In same class of drugs as Diphenhydramine but has antagonistic effects on several receptor sites in the brain which means it works to treat anxiety, mild depression and unhealthy thought processes.

Lots here.: The boil is likely not related to the other symptoms. The insomnia may be related to the anxiety.  Yes- that BP &amp; heart rate are elevated. What are you doing to address your anxiety?  Talking therapy ranks really high. Cognitive Behavioral therapy or psychotherapy can be effective. Aim for daily exercise, 8 hours of sleep per night &amp; good nutrition w 5 servings of veggies &amp; 4 of fruit per day.

Yes: It is OK because singulair (montelukast) is not an anti-histamine.  It works by a different mechanism to help with allergies / sinus problems.

If you feel like you'd do well on the test the way you feel after taking it - you can switch that day to taking it before the test. For some, the drowsiness might make it harder to think clearly even if it made you calm. You may have to decide which is better. Calm or sharp. Study well.
