Tongue: May be a side effect of the antibiotics or the flu virus. You should gargle with salt water and it should slowly go away. If not then see your doctor to have it cultured

Are you sick?: Hard to tell if what you're experiencing represents a viral or bacterial infection. Or if it's sinusitis, bronchitis or pneumonia. Some infections would really require an antibiotic. Would be best to be evaluated locally.

Pleurisy : A chest x-ray would certainly be justified is suspecting bacterial as the cause of your pleurisy. Bacterial infections are one of many things that can cause pleurisy and many conditions are not technically pleurisy but can present as such. If symptoms are ongoing, discuss possibilities with your doctor.

Please inform the MD: Pleurisy is very painful condition... Getting a headache on top of it is double jeopardy! please inform your md as there are other appropriate pain meds that can be prescribed. Remember if u don't tell ur  doc, he might assume you are feeling better ! regards!

You need follow-up: For these symptoms that are severe, you need to talk to your doctor. It sounds like your therapy is barely adequate and a follow up appointment seems like a very good idea. I would call now and let the doctor know about this. It's possible you need different or stronger medications. With dizziness/passing out, I don't take any chances. Would go to an ER if you can't be seen today by the doc.

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
