Diarrhea : I need more information.  Did her doctor request a stool culture?  If that was done &amp; it showed bacterial infection then you are on the right track. Modifying  her diet and  keeping her hydrated  is very important.  I hope she gets better soon.

2 months: We almost never check a stool test for a test of cure. If you treated it we assume it's eradicated. However, to be on the safe side I would wait 2 months for the antigen to clear.

H pylori: Urea breath test is indicated only if the symptoms do not resolve or recur.

Antibiotic: Antibiotics cause a disruption in the normal balance between viruses, bacteria, and yeast in the colon.  Loose stools (and sometimes discolorations) are side effects of taking antibiotics.  Watch for the passage of bloody stools which would be of more concern.

I don't specifically: Know of one that causes black stool. If stool is black, tarry and malodorous that could be melena (gi bleed). That would require prompt medical evaluation.

Antibiotics: Because antibiotics kill bacteria (good and bad), the normal bacteria in your gut may be altered resulting in a change in your stool.  If these symptoms, persist, see your doctor.

: Without an exposure would be diarrhea by itself does not make me suspicious Covid. Any respiratory symptoms cop chest pain shortness of breath? If these are not present you should not worry about Covid. Continue the usual precautions increase fluids for the next couple days to make up for your lossesAnd continue to monitor your symptoms.

Too soon to test: Testing to ensure you've cleared the infection should happen about 6 weeks after you finish the treatment. Breath test is more accurate than the stool test which is still quite accurate. Hope this helps and you feel better!
