URI: You should probably return for a recheck.  Your symptoms may be from a virus, in which case, antibiotics would be ineffective.

Throat pain: IF you have been on a course of antibiotics and you are having a persistent sore throat for months the possibility of a fungal infection of your throat would be likely.

Painful nasal infect: Please be sure to use salt water sprays and/or nettie pot treatment to help sinus drainage. You should feel better in the next 3 days if you maintain proper care.

Infection: The odor is from the by-product of the bacteria that is causing the infection.

Probably: You are probably a nasal staphylococcus aureus carrier (as is 25% of the population).  You probably have a superficial nasal infection.  If it persists you may need treatment with topical Mupirocin ointment or oral antibiotic treatment.  An alternative explanation would be that you have allergic rhinitis that needs treatment with antihistamines or topical corticosteroid sprays. See your md prn.

Leave it alone: You are probably a nasal staphylococcal carrier as are 25% of normal people.  If you pull out a nasal hair or use a nasal hair clipper you can get a nasal pimple.  Leave it alone or soak with hot water until it resolves.  Do not squeeze it or it could get much worse.  Consider getting a prescription for bactroban (mupericin) ointment twice a day for 7-10 days to try to decolonize.

See ENT Dr: You need evaluated by an ENT dr--who would be the one doing the surgery if indicated--to do an exam, treat you to clear up any active infection, and decide if surgery best option for you.

Nose pores: Nose pore excretions are likely to be white cells and old skin debris, but large quantities could mean pus from more extensive infection.  Pore exudate does not usually affect "noise" (as you wrote) or hearing, and is not usually connected directly to your sinuses.  If you have facial pain though, please see a physician for proper evaluation and any treatment needed.
