It's certainly: Possible, however, anti-TPO abs are usually much higher. Actually, it makes no clinical difference what the diagnosis is, only whether your thyroid function is normal or not -- and yours is currently normal. Check w/your doctor.

i have seronegative sjgren's syndrome, recently i was tested for anti-tpo and anti-tg. my anti-tpo and anti-tg came back high, with low tsh, normal t3 dan normal ft4 levels. what could this possibly mean?

: You don't mention any symptoms. I believe those elevated antibodies are consistent with inflammation in the thyroid gland, but a thyroidologist or endocrinologist would have to interpret the significance of the low TSH which could be from release of thyroid hormones due to the inflammation of the thyroid gland. The normal FT4 &amp;T3 may have been transiently elevated and are headed to low territory.

Hashimoto's: Sounds like you have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, which is an autoimmune disease.  The body attacks it's own thyroid resulting in high thryoid levels initially and low thyroid levels once the the thyroid is "burned out."  Sounds like you are currently Euthyroid (in the middle range and ok) on medicine.  Your situation and other meds are somewhat complex and might be best addressed with a  call-in.

Hashimoto's thyroid : It means you have hashimoto's thyroid disease but your thyroid function is currently normal. This might be because you are taking the correct dose of thyroid hormone replacement or because your thyroid is still able to make normal amount of hormone despite the insults from the antibodies. If this is the case, monitor your thyroid function closely because you will become hypothyroid in the future.

See endocrinologist: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, Your TSH level indicates thyroid insufficiency and you may wish to consult an endocrinologist. At a minimum you need to get free T4 test done.

Watch and wait: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, there is no emergent issue and you can wait to repeat the tests in 6 months or so. For constipation take a fiber laxative and drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless.

Not practical: These antibodies indicate auto-immune thyroid disease, however it can be easily overcome with thyroid medication which is far safer than trying to lower the antibody titer. see this site for more info.

Hashimotos: This would suggest autoimmune thyroid disease, either hashimotos thyroiditis or graves disease.  But it is not diagnostic.  See your endocrinologist.
