It sounds like you are in dire need of seeing a dentist who can tell you what the problem is and what needs to be done.  If things are neglected, these broken, rotted teeth will become infected and may result in serious complications.  Untreated dental infections have even caused deaths.

Hydroceles are due commonly to anatomic problem a persistent opening exist when it shouldn't-congenital hydrocele.These resolve with resolution of the anatomical problem i.e. The spontaneous closure of the opening; rarer is the percent reactive hydroceles: these exist because of trauma/injury-these will resolve with time (nsaids (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories help).

Nsaids: There is really no best over the counter nsaid.
Ibuprofen comes in many varieties such as motrin, advil, nuprin
etc while Aleve (naproxen) is the otc variety of naprosyn. 
Aleve (naproxen) probably works a little faster but is more likely to irritate
your stomach.
There are prescription nsaids which are less likely to bother your
stomach.

Prednisone controls acute flares but can use mesalamine, sulfasalazine, methotrexate.  Human immunoglobulins also now available.  See your doctor/gastroenterologist.

Yes: Any natural anti-inflammatory agent may be helpfull, such as omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin e, Alpha lipoic acid. Probiotics will help maintain the natural bacterial flora of the GI tract. Dhea may help with cortisol balance.  Most of these can be taken with medications, but before you start any of these or other supplments you need to talk with your doctor to prevent side effects.

2-5 days: Epiploic appendagitis is a fairly benign condition and treated with anti inflammatory drugs. In a lot of patients, reassurance alone may be enough. Typically the pain should resolve in a few days.
