: Both of these are common ECG reports where there is uncertainty as to the cause ECG "abnormalities" since similar changes may also occur due to technical factors such as placement of he electrodes at the wrong site, variability in the heart position  due to thoracic abormalities, ,electrolyte change setc. In my opinion it is always better to mention the "abnormalities" rather than make a diagnosis

Yes, by tracing only: It is an abnormal ekg by reading of the tracing but what is most important is the ekg in relation to a good history and clinical exam. Questions to ask: do you have a past history of heart disease, high BP, diabetes, smoking? Do you have chest pain/jaw pain/pain down L arm? Is your BP high on exam? Any of these findings along with the above ekg is a MAJOR concern. Please talk with your doctor!!

See below: LAFB is a delay in cardiac conduction in the range of 20 milliseconds (+/- 10 ms) with a shift in the axis to the left. It causes no symptoms and is not dangerous. Most common causes are normal aging, high blood pressure, and coronary disease. "Cannot rule out inferior infarct" is a frequent finding that has meaning only if you are known to have blocked arteries. There is no room here 4 details.

Chronic infarct: Any stroke is serious.  A "chronic" infarct is one that has occurred in the past.  The damage is done and there is no cure per se.  If the stroke was small, there may be little or no permanent impairment.  Once a stroke has already occurred, it is important to prevent future strokes.  A search for possible etiologic factors, such as vascular disease or hypertension, is important.

It is a non-invasive test, basically an unltrasound of your heart. If that is normal, then the chances are good that you did not have a heart attack. Were cardiac enzymes checked in the ER? That is another test to rule out heart attac

The flip is not true - EKG with abnormal findings does not always indicate a problem - there are false positive findings more common in younger people and women. The above abnormalities are felt to be on the bottom and front of the left ventricle and possibly on the septum which is a wall between the left and right ventricles. This is a significant amount of heart muscle damage.
