50 yo f, see cardio, ekg is always abnormal (chgs in st /t waves). latest shows poss anterior infarct. calcium score is 0. +hbp, +fam hx. other tests?

Anterior mi: In women on ekg is a common false positive due to attenuation effects of breast tissue. Congratulating you on a ccs of zero. If its still a question than an echocardiogram will clear it up.
