Maybe: Spider angiomas across the upper chest and shoulders can be an indication of liver trouble, but their presence might also indicated nothing.  If you have see a sudden appearance of several angiomas and have never had them before, if you have a a sudden increase in the number of angiomas you have, or if you are covered with them, you might want to get you liver checked.

They are relates: Spider angiomas are one of the skin manifestations of underlying liver disease from cirrhosis to fatty infiltration...When isolated they do not necessarily mean that there is liver damage but coupled with other findings they could be seconadry to this problem.

Yes: Especially if they appear fairly abruptly. But there are more reliable signs of liver problems. Hyperthyroidism can also make the little spiders pop up, and some people have them "for no reason.".

No: a liver angioma should be benign and needs no RX. A  fat tumor probably wouldn't show up on CTA

others small and i just noticed them. cirrhosis likely?

Alcohol and liver: With you history some degree of cirrhosis is likely, but it probably is not severe based on your lab test. I recommend obtaining a liver ultrasound, the best way to assess the liver. A live CAT scan can also be helpful, but if you stop drinking I don't think you need a major workup at this point.

No: These are benign vascular skin lesions in older folks most common on the midsection.  They do not hurt unless irritated externally.
