Not likely: Even with your blood types as they are, this is very unlikely to effect the baby. 
This type of C section is higher risk, but don't worry,I have done it several times and I am sure that your doc will handle it fine if they are prepared.

: In skilled hands the risks of c-section delivery for the mother are similar to those of vaginal delivery. Recovery time is longer. The risk to a breach baby is far less than that of a vaginal birth.

Anemia : Anemia cannot mask pregnancy. If you are convinced that you are pregnant, your doctor can order a blood pregnancy. This test is definitive and you will have your answer.
 If you have anemia in additon to the symptoms you described, you may be dealing with uterine fibroids, these are benign tumors of the uterus. Your doctor can make the diagnosis after a pelvic exam and ultrasound.

No but related: Ice chewing called pagophagia is caused by iron deficiency and can be fixed quickly with iron supplements. Iron deficiency is usually due to blood loss of some sort.  You should see a doctor to find out about the blood loss which may indicate a much more serious issue.

Yes: Anemia is low blood count.  The most common form is due to low iron ingestion but other forms include blood loss, inherited changes in blood cells (like sickle cell, thalessemia, etc.) and bone marrow failure(aplastic anemia).  Anemia also is found in patients on dialysis and on chemotherapy.  Your doctor can help you with this if you suspect your are anemic.

Depends on severity: Depending on what type and how severe it can range form feeling tired to fainting. Also how fast you become anemic plays a role. Acute anemia, like in a bedding can make someone very ill while some people with chronic iron deficiency anemia may just feel tired or dizzy (body compensates for it)
Ask your doctor what kind it is and how to treat it.In women with menses iron deficiency is more common

Anemia: Depends on type of anemia.  If it is iron deficient anemia then best foods are the heme containing foods e.g. Red meat, chicken, fish, egg yolks, green leafy vegetables, mollasses, dried fruits.  Supplements of iron with vitamin c also are helpful.

: There are many different inherited anemias so it depends on which one you inherited. But, yes, some of the inherited anemias can present at an older age. Iron deficiency anemia and anemias due to folate and vitamin B12 deficiency can occur at any age.  So, if you have anemia, these should also be ruled out by getting levels of these checked.
