today a scar from an abrasion ( which got cellulitis) this past june peeled open, and a stabbing/searing pain pulsed in my scar...is that bad?

Maybe: If there's a lot of redness and pus drainage, it could be reinfected. Try to dress it and use antibiotic ointment, but go see a doctor if it gets worse!

bump above tragus,i only feel it when i press on it&i feel pulse their,  it is a bit painful. it disappears when i open my mouth. what could it be?

i notice at night i will use my pulse ox and close my eyes and feel a strange anxious feeling and open my eyes and look at my pulse has dropped to the 60s, but as soon as i look at the pulse ox it will jump back up into the 70s. is this normal?

: Heart rate varying between 60-70 range is normal and it should not cause any symptom at all.

Fatigue &amp; Pain: Please see your doctor ASAP or go to your emergency room.  Exhaustion and pain need to be diagnosed and treated.  You MAY be dehydrated, mal-nourished, or have a thyroid or other hormone imbalance.  Peace and good health.

The success rate is about 80%. What you will need is probably 2-3 treatments spaced out in 1 year.

Probably: As with most things, the details matter. It needs to be put in perspective. A slow heart can be typical of a well-trained athlete. Or it can be a sign of thyroid disease, heart disease, etc. Any meds or supplements? What time of day? Resting? Ask you DR!!!!!!

: Impressive numbers, and likely very normal for you.  Unless you have slow pulse due to heart block, or low BP due to orthostatic hypotension or dehydration, I would say you are in no "danger".
