I notice at night i will use my pulse ox and close my eyes and feel a strange anxious feeling and open my eyes and look at my pulse has dropped to the 60s, but as soon as i look at the pulse ox it will jump back up into the 70s. is this normal?

Heart rate varying between 60-70 range is normal and it should not cause any symptom at all.
