Nodule: there is likely a nodule with irregular shape or border.  This is very common.  The size is very small.  no need to worry at this point.  Likely all you need is another ultrasound 1 year from now to make sure it's not growing.  Chances are it will stay the same.  Good luck.  Don't poo poo it away but no need to excessively worry.  just follow it.

Thyroid ultrasound: By reporting "Right thyroidectomy" it is generally understood that the right thyroid lobe is surgically absent or has been removed.  The .8x.8x1.8 hypoechoic focus in the right thyroid bed would suggest that there is something in the soft tissues behind where the thyroid was removed that is showing up.  This could be a parathyroid gland, lymph node or something else.  Get back with your doctor.

There is simply: not enough information to venture a guess.  A hypoechoic nodule can be almost certainly benign, or highly suspicious, depending on various ultrasound characteristics that are not provided.  Talk to your doctor about the results, or if you can perhaps provide more info from the report.

: It could still possibly be a hemorrhagic cyst in ovary, which would have internal echoes and are not uncommon.  They should follow it up somehow to determine it's not a small "mass".   I can't say it's definitely not cancer, because it is still possible, but I think the odds are in your favor it's likely something less serious.

Ct, mri, puncture, or biopsy are frequently done for further evaluation.
