8 month old baby, pure breastfed. eats solids in very small amount.has not pooped for 6days.no signs of discomfort.should i worry?

Mgt: I would suggest offering supplemental pedialyte after breastfeeding for the next one day. If she still has no stool, please consult your PCP. During the next visit, please review her neonatal screening tests which were performed at birth. Is she growing well?

alopecia aretha for 3 years now and only recently visited a derm. is it that i can have alopecia scarring because i have had it for so long without spontaneous regrowth within a year as usual ?

: Some people with alopecia aereata never regrow the hair.that was lost. I'm happy that you finally consulted a dermatologist who will begin treatment to determine whether you'll respond. He/she will also give you a prognosis.

my bowels stuck to my stomache bladder aretha intestine ovaries through endometriosis...should i have the op to separate with my ovaries still intact?

How do you know: Unless you have had surgery to look at that you might think there is a lot of scarring but you dont know until you go in. You need to plan that out from a fertility standpoint and surgical standpoint. So you need to coordinate care with a fertility specialist who operates a lot and a general surgeon and possible a urologist if you have reason to suspect that much scar tissue.

why dx'd bpd by new pdoc?every1 who knows me(7 yr bf,all friends new&old)is baffled.im ptsd&bipolar&used to self-harm,but many yrs ago.no1 agrees bpd.

Ask the: provider who made the diagnosis which criteria were met. Is "pdoc" used as an abbreviation for psychiatrist or primary care physician? It would be best if the diagnosis was made by a psychiatrist or psychologist who has done a careful assessment using DSM criteria.

Probably not: Stage 4 breast cancer requires a lot more than just a dietary supplement.  Its very important that she follow her oncologists recommendations.   If she wants to to try a nutritional adjunct, there are total immersion programs for cancer.  Some examples are Dr Lorraine Day's 10 Step Program for Cancer Treatment and Eden Valley Institute of Wellness.  These are both great adjunctw.  Best wishes!
