Despite the movies: about zombie apocalypse, death is irreversible.  However, neither adderal or opiates generally kill nerve cells, unless you OD and deprive them of oxygen. Amphetamines can damage cells in the limbic system in the brain, and heavy chronic users, especially of methamphetamine, may develop organic brain syndromes that are not reversible. Stop doing this, get counseling/help from your doctor/therapist

Yes it could: Dmaa may cause heart attacks by elevating blood pressure in users.  Not only can it cause false positives on drug tests for amphetamines, it's been banned by the fda because of the above dangers. Trix r 4 kids: One should not rely on detox drinks to pass any drug screen - like the commercial says trix r for kids.  These are not fda regulated and their claims can be bogus.  As far as why a positive test can occur, its usually due to drug use.  One never knows what their pot may be laced with.  A specific answer for you would not be appropriate or possible without knowing medication and other history.

Not too old: No, chronologically you're not to old to have children -- but are you still using meth and opiates?  Are you getting help for that, and for your response to the rape?  The latter is hard for anyone, and covering it up with drug use all too common.  Meth and opiates will lead to death. Any kids you might have would need you to be a consistent parent. : The current prescribers should help if prescribed meds, you will have to quit regardless in order to remain enrolled in MAT for opiates. The provider in charge for the MAT program may be able to help by coordinating counseling and group therapy, but they need to know about the other 2 drugs.
