Amino acid 2222: Building muscle depends on many factors - you're training regimen, the type of exercises you're doing, frequency, amount of protein you're getting from other sources... And probably most importantly, your genetics.  And other docs can chime in, but i think the jury is still out if high dose Amino Acid supplementation really does anything to boost muscle mass or performance.

Magnesium deficiency: Most Americans are low in magnesium.     It can vary from one person to another up to 8 fold how much magnesium a person needs.    I recommend following label directions and increasing by one dose per night until 8 doses or loose stool.   If you get to loose stool, consider that one dose too many.     Most people only need 2 or 3 doses per day, and it could be taken all at bedtime.

Arginine is safe, it may help you build some muscle by stimulating growth hormone, and may indeed accent your being vascular though keeping lean and high blood volume by doing a lot of cardio and watching fats and carbs in your food will help more. See whether you look more vascular shortly after taking arginine, and if so, take it before show times.

True is false: The answer is " it depends on your response to it" . True in medicine depends on strict parameters of number of positive responses versus negative or null responses. There are few or any controlled studies of L- tyrosine compared to placebo ( a sugar pill) and to antidepressants. I hope this is clear enough. Thanks!

Not known for sure: Amino 2222 has several products, and since they are not medications approved by the fda, amino 2222 products are probably not tested for interactions and side effects like real medicines are. So, that means nobody really knows what side effects there are. If an amino 2222 user hears of some interaction or thinks he is getting a side effect, he can visit his primary care doctor.

Save your money and eat a Big Mac. It will be just as beneficial and taste better &amp; you  can take it before,during or after workout.
