If you eat every time you're hungry, you will gain further weight. Boredom, anxiety, stress, etc also increase hunger after meals. Diet, exercise, keep busy, get a hobby. All will help you ignore hunger.

you can calculate similarly for other daily calories requirements for others.

Not that much: It takes burning off 3500 calories a day to lose a pound. If you're average height at approx. 5 feet 5 inchses, you will burn off about 1700 calories a day with no food intake and moderate exercise. Plus, your body will enter a conservation mode quickly, that will limit the number of calories you burn off. A caloric restriction and three meals/day with exercise is much more effective.

If the self- harm is associated with substance abuse – detoxification, 12 step programs  or rehabilitation may be indicated.  Dialectic behavioral therapy is especially beneficial &gt;.

You're obese: And you're eating too much and gaining more weight, and becoming more Insulin resistant, and you'll probably develop diabetes in the near future. You could reverse that trend through diet, exercise and weight loss -- hopefully before it's too late.
