Depending where: On the nerve the nerve is being compressed by something whether it be tissue, a mass, a bone etc, something is pressing on the nerve along its route it some capacity.

Accepted Answer

Depends: It depends on the lesion and how it was removed. If it was removed and the nerve was cut, then it will take a long time if ever to recover. If the nerve was "bruised" or injured, thenit take 6-12 months to regain normal function.

Unlikely: It is unlikely to help in this situation.

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily: While nerve impingement can cause parasthesias in the foot, neuropathy caused by disease such as diabetes, inflammatory arthritis, changes in circulation, thyroid issues can cause them as well. While parasthesias can be annoying, seeing a doctor about the cause and treating them appropriately is the reason not to ignore them.

Accepted Answer

No: The only way to "feel" blood coursing through blood vessels is if there is an abnormal communication between an artery and a vein.  This is done surgically for people who need dialysis.  It can also happen with trauma.  That should not be referred to as vascular paresthesias.

can you have trigeminal nerve irritation/inflammation causing paresthesias left side of the face without having pain or numbness?

Yes: The symptoms you mention are "sensory" symptoms which include numbness/hot/cold/pain 
Any or all of the above can occur
With your history, however, if NEW these symptoms should be reported to your neurologist ASAP

after i had an allergic reaction to a medication i've been have paresthesia and nerve pain. can an allergic reaction cause multiple sclerosis ?

No: Multiple Sclerosis is an autoimmune mediated disorder of unclear etiology, but is not due to allergic reactions.
However, if you possess subclinical lesions in brain or spinal cord, a co-morbidity could provoke symptoms.
Perhaps a visit to a seasoned and experienced neurologist could help clarify your issues.

i had belotero in my tear troughs and juvederm in apple of cheek 4 mo's ago.  i've had paresthesia near infra orbital area.  is the nerve dying ?

Dont believe so: It sounds like either the nerve was hit by the needle or compresses by the juvederm I also see you were injected with hyalurnidase which would dissolve either of these products. IF you felt a sharp or shock during injection the nerve amy have poked and should return to function in time.Lidocaine in these meds so it could blunt the sharp pain. I would give it time and see if the paresthesia resolve

if nerve from a lower wisdom tooth extraction isn't damaged, is there any reason paresthesia would be permanent?

Paraesthesis: I've seen a number of patients who presented with paresthesia. Some never had their symptoms reversed, others partially felt the lip and tissue around her Mandibular teeth and some notice the paresthesia disappearing altogether.
