IBS: I would recommend that you do a food dairy and see which foods you are allergic (ibs pts have allergies).  The most common are dairy and gluten.  You can try a to do a food elimination diet where you eliminate an entire food category for 1-2 weeks to see if you improve.  I would recommend a high strength probiotic of 80 billion.  For constipation i would recommend taking mag 500-1000 mg per night.

take 10mg celexa a day and just took 4 tbsp of milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) for constipation.  just saw on drugs.com there's a moderate interaction. am i okay?

Yes.: You're on low dose of celexa. Just be cautious on milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) use.  It's not good to use large amounts of milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) at any time. The interactions you saw are very rare, and usually requires that you have electrolyte abnormalities that are not common at your age group.   Senna S is a vegetable laxative that is safer overall.

No: milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) is not appreciably absorbed and works mostly in the intestines to increase fluid intake into the bowel to promote a bowel movement.  If taken in excess it can cause fluid loss and dehydration, which could effect your other meds.  If taken as prescribed, it should not cause problems, but talk to your doctor and/or pharmacist to be sure.

i have covid and flu and was prescribed different medications . 2 hours ago i took a ibuprofen 400 they proscribed me is it ok if i take a pill that says hydroxide/acetaminophen now ? they prescribed me this also?

: If your fever and aches are controlled with ibuprofen, you do not need to take acetaminophen. In general, it is a good idea to talk to the doctor who prescribed the medications.

Protection: Calcium hydroxide is relatively fragile and also does not bond to tooth structure well.  By placing a layer of glass ionomer over it you hold the calcium hydroxide in place and prevent it from cracking and/or dislodging when you place your final restoration.

On dentin: I believe what you're asking is where is it placed.  Calcium hydroxide is usually placed in the area where the decay was closest to the nerve (pulp) of the tooth.
