ADA: As long as toothpaste is american dental association approved, you're going to benefit from using it.  If not ada approved, you may potentially end up with higher decay rate, perio inflammation, and/or both.

Assuming: The gel has a neutral ph and lacks additives that contain sugars or chemicals that are toxic, probably not.  But why? I can think of no benefit or reason to use aloe v on teeth. Good oral hygiene w brushing and flossing is what the teeth need!

NO: Aloe Vera is for external use, not for internal.  It will not whiten teeth, cure cavities, cure gum disease, or anything else in the mouth.  It's for soothing and softening SKIN, not teeth or gums.  If you are having a Dental problem, call your Dentist for an appointment before the problem gets worse.  And by the way, toothpaste does not cure Acne.

Try a tooth brush!: Joking about the toothbrush but you might want to try a proven dermatologic method for treating acne.  The method you suggest implies that we can try to use products designed for other uses to problems that occur in different areas of our body.   You can set up a host of inflammation and foreign body reactions by taking the advice of internet cosmetic advice.

No: Not on its own.  Bite the bullet.  If you want brighter whiter teeth see your Dentist.  Most of the OTC products are only of very modest value.  Get professional help.

Tooth whitening: See a local dentist who can discuss the many tooth whitening methods available and what would be best for your particular set of circumstances. Personally, i prefer the take home custom trays that use whitening gels.

If you already have teeth that are white enough for you, only occasional touch-up whitening and mostly brushing with toothpaste will keep the teeth white. If you want to have them whiter, it is best to have professionally formulated whitening at the dentist.

We don't use bleach: We don't use bleach at all to whiten teeth.  The actual solution is a derivative of hydrogen peroxide.  Different companies use different active ingredients and concentrations of the products also vary.
