i have ibs and a dairy intolerance, i have noticed lately that i cannot eat bacon or onion or i feel sick, can this be an allergy?

Diet: In general, foods high in fat, fried foods, spicy foods, alcohol, and caffeinated coffee and tea can be problematic. Some foods, such as beans, cabbage, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, peas, onions, and bagels, that can cause minor discomfort .You have also lactase deficiency which is often associated with ibs and limits dairy intake. More likely related to ibs than allergy.Consult md.

i have never had a pork allergy, but in the last 3 weeks whenever i eat bacon the hives appear, could i have acquired this allergy? and they continue to appear even when taking loratadine?

Good question: Some time it is hard to tell.   In general, when you have a cold, someone else in the family or office often has one.  A cold is often associated with a low-grade fever but allergy is not. You may also notice fatigue as well as  joint or muscle ache with a cold but not with allergy.  Hay fever may respond to antihistamine but a cold does not.
