Not really: The term "cure" is a very powerful term and to use that in relation to curing allergies, may be too strong. Certainly use of immunotherapy ( allergy shots) have been shown to alter the natural course of allergic disease and to have long term effects even after stopping shots. A more fair representation would be that allergy shot can potentially provide long term modification of allergies.
