i have great sense smell, household smells, even mold. is that an allergy?

Sense of smell: Only if it also produces allergic symptoms. Hyperosmia is not usually an allergic problem by itself.

i'm having terrible allergy on smells (sometimes causing asmathic attacks) how can i reduce it or get rid of it? (any smell , even on good ones)

Controller drug: It is not unusual for patients with asthma to be triggered by odors, even those which are not bad smelling.  The best way to control these symptoms is to be on an appropriate controller medication such as an inhaled steroid.  If symptoms occur, using a bronchodilator in a rescue inhaler will help to relieve the cough an/or wheeze caused by the exposure.

my  3 month old babys breath smells like urine what could this be? he has cmpa and is on nutramigen allergy milk

Bad breath: Not to be an alarmist, but bring the issue to your pediatrician's attention. Kidney problems can allow the build-up of chemical and those can cause the breath to smell like urine.

my 3 yr olds tonsils touch his uvula,he is a picky eater,breath always smells bad,gags easily and it seems like he has allergies always. concerned?

Apnea?: If he snores he may also have apnea in which case an sleep screen and ENT evaluation is warranted.
Otherwise, large tonsils are often best left alone because he will "grow into them"  He probably also has adenoids which can cause nasal congestion and mouth breathing so allergy treatment is usually ineffective. Best wishes.

i have tietze syndrome  & the lump is getting slightly bigger.  i am also sneezing everyday & it smells bad. is this allergy or do i need to check it?

Get Checked: If you are a bad odor from a lump, it should be checked for some type of infection.  Also if it is increasing in size, or is painful.

Morning halitosis: It could be many things including but not limited to post nasal drip, periodontal (gum) disease, an infection, heavy subgingival calculus, etc. Start by seeing a dentist for a complete and thorough examination. You might also be referred to a physician for a consultation if your dentist suspects a medical and not dental cause.

cant explain it good but i have a foul smell in my left nostril. i only smell it if i close my right one but if i close my left one i dont smell it. im not sick or have allergies, it smells like poop actually?

The use of inhaled controller medications for persistent symptoms is part of the regimen used for contolling asthma. In addition, controlling triggers such as gerd and allergic exposures are important. Your svt requires your md's input.

Yes.: Not the first cold or the first allergy.  But over time getting chronic allergies and colds irritates the nasal mucosa and ends up slowly killing the olfactory cells which are responsible for smell which are located in the upper part of the nasal mucosa.

when i went to morocco i bought nigella seeds. i was told if you smell them that it will help fight allergies. is that true?

Smell?: I haven't heard of smelling them, but may be behind the curve. Nigella seeds contain thymoquinone, which blocks (likely H2 receptor predominantly) histamine and is shown to activate TRP1 receptors. Notably, azelastine (nasal antihistamine) is effective in part due to activation/desensitization of TRP1 receptors (good for allergic and non-allergic rhinitis). Suspect Nigella acts (see comment)
