Depends on allergy: Allergies can run from foods to airborne pollution to pet dander etc. Testing helps tell us what exactly you are allergic to. Have you had allergy testing done? It is a blood test.
Not sure what you mean by weather allergies. Do you mean seasonal allergies? 
Most allergies improve by avoiding the allergy trigger. Use of antihistamines, anti-inflammatories meds.

Although you are exposed to indoor allergens all year round, you experience more symptoms from them as you spend more time indoors and the windows are shut during the winter. Pets and dust mites are the culprits. Indoor mold is an issue if there is a leak or flood.

Yes: Don't exceed recommended dosage in product insert, usually 25-50 mg every 6-8 hours, be careful with driving/operating machinery, and exercise caution with multiple drugs
