i think i am having an allergic reaction to floradix liquid iron supplement. i have big raised bumps all over. it started w/ my belly and has spread?

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

my text result show my ferrin /iron level is 1000 , double what it should be . i don't smoke and don't take iron supplements, why is this so high?

why is my ferritin levels not increasing after taking iron supplements? ive been taking them for 2 months and my blood iron levels are normal but my ferritin is only a 4. my hair has been shedding a lot too as a result of this.

Not getting enough: Iron and 2 months aren't enough to judge, revisit your doctor to revise the dose you are taking, and look for a cause, if still not corrected ask for hematology referral
