Why is my ferritin levels not increasing after taking iron supplements? ive been taking them for 2 months and my blood iron levels are normal but my ferritin is only a 4. my hair has been shedding a lot too as a result of this.

Not getting enough: Iron and 2 months aren't enough to judge, revisit your doctor to revise the dose you are taking, and look for a cause, if still not corrected ask for hematology referral
